Please follow HAP's guideline that if urgent care is required and you are unable to obtain HAP prior authorization for an active HAP member in need of a covered service, direct the member to a HAP-contracted provider and obtain the authorization when Referral Entry (IRA) is available or during HAP's normal business hours.
